Shipping, Delivery & Payment

 

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping. Our standard freight fees are as follows:

  • Flat Rate: $35 (incl. GST) on all orders, with the exception of:
    • Large Furniture Items to Non-Metro Areas: For selected bulky items being delivered to regional or remote locations, we will contact you with a customised freight quote after checkout.
    • Additional Charges: In rare cases, freight companies may apply higher delivery costs for oversized items to regional areas. If this occurs, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping fee. You will be notified before your order is processed.

Most orders are delivered via courier services, including to metropolitan areas. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Post Lockers, or Private/Locked Bags.

Payment

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards and School P-Cards (VISA) using Stripe, a globally trusted and secure payment system.
