Shipping, Payment & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Australia only and do not offer international shipping. A flat-rate shipping fee of $35 (incl. GST) applies to all orders, except for:

  • Bulky Items to Non-Metro Areas – A customised freight quote will be provided after checkout.
  • Remote Locations – Additional freight charges may apply. If necessary, we will notify you before processing your order.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia, using courier services. A signature may be required upon delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Post Lockers, or Private/Locked Bags.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Stocked Items: Dispatched in 1–2 business days; delivery within 1–2 business days, depending on location.
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) Items: Manufactured in 10–15 business days, followed by standard delivery times.

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards and School P-Cards (VISA) through Stripe, a globally trusted and secure payment system.

Returns & Refunds

We are committed to high-quality products and service. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Change of Mind Returns: Subject to approval, a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer covers return shipping costs. Custom-made items are non-refundable, except at our discretion.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If an incorrect item is received, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
